Now available is a HiPoTek 6AN fuel rail fittings and hose, plug ‘n’ play kit, for use with the HiPoTek 6AN 3.9/5.2/5.9 fuel rails.  It comes with all fittings and stainless steel braided hose necessary to hook up to the stock fuel line, for those Dodge Magnum 3.9/5.2/5.9 engines, where the stock fuel line connects to the side of the driver’s side fuel rail.  The SS braided hose is already connected to the 90-degree fittings.  This kit is currently available in blue and black fittings.

I have the same question.
I apologize, I never noticed the prior post.  Yes these rails and the plug-and-play kit will work with the Hughes Airgap intake manifold.
